HeBAtlas is the first Hevea brasiliensis proteome database. Hevea brasiliensis is the only viable source of natural rubber worldwide. It is characterized by the ability to produce latex in the lactiferous cells. Here, we provided the first visual draft proteome for rubber tree based on two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and mass spectrometry (MS)，including a two-dimensional gel electrophoresis map of 25 tissues and details of a total of 20081 unique identified proteins identified by 2-DE and shotgun. And further quantitative proteome profiles were determined by high-sensitivity MS in 25 tissues, including 23,774 proteins.
